TFO, Inc is a growing global retailer with opportunities for advancement specializing in Fragrances of The World.

We are currently seeking Store Management with an entrepreneurial sales-driven spirit for our location at Miromar Outlets. Candidate should be able to recruit strategically, train and develop a high performing sales team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
  • Must be a balanced leader that drives results; develops talent and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to network, recruit, hire and coach your talent to exceed expectations.
  • Responsible for all store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, ordering, maintaining appropriate stock levels, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
  • Responsible for managing sales, scheduling, payroll hours and productivity.
  • Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
  • Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
  • Energizes team to achieve sales results.

Qualifications

  • Must possess prior retail and/or management experience.
  • Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish

 

Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate with a sales-driven spirit for our location at the Ontario Mills Outlets.
Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in achieving personal, store and company goals.
  • Must drive results and focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales expectations and sales goals.
  • Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to: opening, closing, freight processing procedures and all day to day store activities.
  • Follow company sales initiatives and customer service protocol to exceed company goals.

Qualifications

  • Must possess prior customer service experience.
  • Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, night and holidays.
  • Primarily works on the shop floor in a retail environment. Requires, standing throughout working shifts and proactive interaction with customers and staff.
  • Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Required experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in the customer service industry.
